I joined the Sandpoint community in 2011 after visiting the area regularly since 2004. With each visit, I was progressively drawn to Sandpoint’s unique character, close-knit community, and scenic beauty. As a mother of two young children, I knew that Sandpoint would be the ideal place to raise kids with its high-quality schools, tons of recreational opportunities, and friendly neighborhoods.

I strongly believe in giving back to the community since this is where I have chosen to raise my family. I feel that I do this in part through my job as a Waterkeeper by helping to ensure that we all have access to clean water. I also believe in serving our community in a deeper way through civil service.

My past work experiences, including my time as a council member for Sandpoint, have taught me how to listen carefully, communicate effectively, think critically and work collaboratively. I would love the opportunity to continue to apply these skills as a council member to help keep Sandpoint moving forward in a positive direction.

Thank you for considering me as one of your city council members. If elected, I will do my absolute best to make you proud to call Sandpoint home. Please vote for me on November 7th!
